Located at the top of a double story facility located on the island, the restaurant features an exclusive dining experience with five tables and daybeds, in addition to the Sushi Bar and bistro seating.
The expansive tasting menu fuses traditional Japanese with indigenous European, Asian and Peruvian flavours. Local ingredients are used, which include the daily catch and fresh organic produce picked from the resort’s own gardens. Our signature dishes are well accompanied by a fine selection of Japanese sakes and an extensive list of wines.
